Goin to the Movies!

alrighty...well i don't have ne new pics which is kinda sad. but last night me, chantel, jenna, kristin, and nicole went to the movies and saw End of the Spear about the missionaries Jim and Elizabeth Elliot. It was really good!!! i would definitley recomend watching it! i was very happy that i didn't get pulled over by ne cops cuz they were EVERYWHER last night....everywhere i turned there was a cop! but i made it home safely...except i was pulling in my driveway and it was like almost 1:00 and this cop drove past me real slow and turned on his spotlight and shined it at me so i was all scared...lol but all went well! :) and that's pretty much all that has happened. so i guess i will update again when something interesting enough happens...happy spring break everyone...hope ur enjoyin it!

A VERY LONG Weekend....But VERY FUN!!!

Wow!!! This week was very long and tiring!!! but a lot of fun things happened!!! Friday we had a surprise birthday party at brianna's house for kristin! She is now 15 years old!!! Go Kristin! They blindfolded her on the way home from bible study and then brought her to brianna's house where we were waiting to scream surprise!!! we ate some yummy food and watched some awesome high school musical!!! and did some crazy stuff with our hair...lol
then we went home and went to bed to get a little sleep for the next mornings outreach! saturday moring a bunch of us teens(23 to be exact) met at the church and went on an outreach to pass out flyers for our spring break fun night that night! we ran into quite a few teens and so that was fun! there was also another outreach goin on at the pattersons church up the road so some people went there and put on a breakaway service! bloodshed and basic performed and i heard they did awesome!!! then after outreach me, chantel, jenna, and mrs. cherise headed up to the chapel hills mall for a little shopping trip! i got a couple shirts out of it and an orange julius!!! yummmm! Then we took jenna to the pattersons so she could perform with basic but we made them promise to be back at the church by 7:30 for our spring break fun night! so then me and chantel went back to the church and hung out there till we started...there was some basketball goin on outside but it was wayyy to cold to stayt out there so we had some fooseball and ping pong inside! A whole bunch of teens showed up and we had a TON of visitors...then at 7:30 on the dot jenna was back!!! so i'm glad they kept their promise!!! good job guys!!! Our new youth rap group History Makers had their debut that night also and they did a great job! then we went and of course played some spades and me and jenna beat marcus and victor!!! don't let them tell u different... :) then 9:00 came around and everyone had to leave...so me and jenna went to chantel's house to dog sit for the weekend. Monday me, jenna, chantel, and krstin took emily to c nanny mcphee. it was pretty boring....i actually got up during the middle and walked to the christian bookstore and bought me a cd...lol...then i came back and the movie was over and we all went to kohls shopping....i know i think we're addicted to shopping..lol then i took my sisters home and i got ready to go to our youth fun night which was very fun!!! we all met at the church and headed over to taco johns/goodtimes and i got a burrito and a strawberry cheesecake addiction!!!! it was very good but it was too cold to sit outside so we took our food back to the church to eat. after we were done eating we played an awesome game of dodge ball!!! actually it was eight games and my team only won 2 of them...lol....but it was still fun! well that was pretty much all of my weekend so i hoped you enjoyed reading!

A 17th Birthday, Some outreaches and some fun!

ok i know i haven't updated in forever but i have just been puting it off. so here it goes....Well the most exciting and latest thing that has happened was my 17th birthday!!!! which was march 15th!!! very exciting i know!!! march is awesome!!!!!!! So let me tell u the story...Ok well wednesday(which was my real birthday) was pretty fun...i got starbucks and opened the gift that my parents got me-clothes and money!!!! then i went to church and jenna decided to tell EVERYONE that it was my birthday. so we would walk down the hall and she would say(to some STRANGER) it's her birthday. it was very embarrassing! lol! ok so that was wednesday. Thursday was very exciting! my parentals took me out to eat for my birthday. i was gonna go to las tres margaritas cuz of course i wanted mexican food! but my dad told me i should try somethin new so they took me to on the border. it was pretty good but it was kinda american mexican. at the end of the night our waiter came out and yelled at the top of my lungs to get everyone's attention and he told everyone that it was my birthday and i had to stnad on top of the chair and wave a towel over my head while they sang....it was SOOOO embarrassing!!! So that was the end of thursday. Then came friday!!! my fav day of the week!!!!! i went to breakaway that night and then i invited some people to play spades over to my house....little did i know they had other "plans"..lol...so i left breakaway and was waiting for everyone to come over and so i started cooking some food and getting banana split stuff out...yummmmmm!!! and it was taking forever!!! for everyone to get there and no one was showing up so finally i here this booming sound...and someone had "broken in" through the back door....so i look down and three people in all out black from head to toe came toward me....so of course i screamed!!! and booked for the door....but one of the mysterious persons "whitni" grabbed me and told me to sit down so i sat down and they blindfolded me and "jenna" took my hand and told me to start walking but she wasn't paying attention so she ran me into the wall and then we walked outside and around the block and they kept telling me to run(keep in mind i'm blindfolded) so i start running and "jenna" again was not paying attention so i rammed into this thing....i found out later that this thing was whitni's car....so needless to say "jenna" jacked me up that night. then i got shoved into one of the persons cars "chantels" and they drove me all around kingdom come with blasting country music!!!! which was the worst part!!! lol then we pulled over on the road a couple times and they told me they were going to drop me off in the middle of a field. so then we finally get to our destination(chantel's house) and they got me out the car and set me down on the ground and i had to lay down and do stupid stuff that they were telling me to do....by the way they video taped all of this-so then they told me they were going to pick me up so pastor marshall picked me up and brought me into their house and set me down on the ground....but i didn't know where i was at still. so then i hear a bunch of voices and they took the blindfold off and everyone was staring at me and i was lookin a mess! lol so i got a surprise 17th birthday!!! and it's very hard to surprise me so my hats off to them!!!! they definitaly surprised me! so my parents brought my car over for me and all the food(aren't they wonderful!!!) and we got our grub on and got spades playin on....my dad, pastor marshall, victor, and jerome watched the holyfield and mike tyson fight. so it was a fun fun night! i didn't get home until 1:30 and i had to wake up for maries baby shower in the morning...but it was all worth it! that was pretty much what my celebrating consisted of this year stay tuned for next year(that'll probly be the next time i update...JK) lol well lots of outreaches have been happening every saturday and i have been trying to get pictures so i can post them! so the ones on here right now r from pueblo a couple weeks ago which was a lot of fun! ok i know the pictures look retarded but just be thankful that i got them on here lol...the top picture is of a hole in the ground and all of us were walking to the gas station (not paying attention of course--cuz we're teenagers lol) and we almost lost jenna!!! she almost fell in the hole cuz some person that obviously wasn't thinking left the hole uncovered!!!! so that is my blog...sorry it's so long but i had a lot to say! so until next time (which hopefully is sooner than this last time) adios! jess mo
